 Event Overview 

Get ready to dual! This early season event at the Oasis Sports Complex Will pick the best against the best to see who's dugout will get the bragging rights!!!!

- This event is USSSA, giving your team the chance to play for USSSA points

*ALL TEAMS MUST BE USSSA SANCTIONED AND ROSTERED BEFORE THE START OF THE EVENT*

🏟 Facility Information

• Oasis Sports Complex in Marion, Illinois is a brand-new, state-of-the-art youth sports facility. The complex features multi-colored synthetic turf fields, designed for all levels of competition and a visually striking playing environment. WELCOME TO THRILLVILLE! Families and teams will enjoy a welcoming, modern venue and surrounding area with ample amenities and easy access for players traveling from Southern Illinois and neighboring states.

        Facility Rules:

• NO metal spikes
• NO sunflower seeds
• No Gum
• NO outside Food or Beverage 

📋 Tournament Details

• Sanctioning: Teams MUST Sanction and Roster at usssa.com 
• Waivers: Teams must complete waivers via JP Sports login
• Roster Compliance: Teams must be sanctioned and have a completed USSSA roster uploaded before the event starts

📅 Schedule

• Dates: June 26th - 28th, 2026
• Start Times: Games may begin Friday no earlier than 5:00 p.m. 
• Game Guarantee: 3 Games Minimum
• Format: 2 Pool Play Games followed by Bracket Play

Age Divisions & Field Dimensions

• Bases will always be set to 60 foot for all ages 
• 8u - 10u mound will be set to 35 feet 
• 11u - 12u mound will be set to 40 feet
• 13u and above mound will be set at 43 feet

⚠️ JP Sports reserves the right to modify and/or combine divisions as needed.

Bat Restrictions 

• The performance standard for all non-wooden bats will be a BatPerformance Factor (BPF) of 1.20, or less under the ASTM BPF test as applied under the standard USSSA Bat License Agreement. Onlybats made by those bat manufacturers listed on the USSSA websites USSSA Licensed Softball Bat Manufacturers and that have the new 2020 USSSA Fastpitch Only Certification Mark OR the previous2014 USSSA Certification Mark (pictured below) on the taper of the bat will be legal in USSSA sanctioned play. Wood bats, however, that are made by USSSA Licensed Softball Bat Manufacturer will be legal in USSSA sanctioned play without any 1.20 BPF mark being required any bat on the USSSA Withdrawn And/Or Non-Compliant List shall be anillegal bat.

• Gate Admission:
  • Single Day: $10 per person
  • Children 12 & under: FREE
  • Each team gets 3 coaches passes for the weekend

🏨 Hotels – Stay to Play

Stay and Play

Our tournaments are Stay to Play events - meaning teams outside of 90 miles from the complex are required to book their hotel rooms through our hotel partner, Traveling Teams. With questions on this policy, requirements or restrictions, please email [email protected].

We have partnered with Traveling Teams to secure discounted room blocks at a variety of tournament approved hotels close to our venues. This is a Stay to Play event. It is required that all teams traveling to this event from 90 miles or more reserve their lodging accommodations through Traveling Teams. Thank you in advance for your cooperation;

• Please note booking through a third party, such as Priceline, Hotels.com or Expedia is NOT allowed.

• Teams failing to comply with the stay to play policy are subject to removal from the event, without refund.
