Tournament Information-

The Southside A/AA Spring Showdown will be a great way to kick off your 2024 season in style. With games at  Hassert Park in Lockport, this will be a great event for teams in the A/AA classifications to get an early tournament in with great competition. This event is a USSSA event and all team must be sanctioned. 

Hassert Park:

3 very well kept baseball diamonds in a great location in the south suburbs. Batting cages on sight. Indoor bathrooms.

This tournament will be governed by USSSA Rules and Rostering, along with JP Sports. 

You MUST Register through USSSA AND JP Sports .   By registering for this tournament you agree and understand your team must be sanctioned and have your USSSA roster completed.

Game Guarantee: 3 Games

Tournament Format: Each team will play 2 pool play games, followed by bracket play.

Expected Number of Teams: 30+

Expected Start Times: Games will start Friday evening.  

The event is for the following ages:

10u (Open/AA/A) - 46' mound, 65' bases

11u (Open/AA/A) - 50' mound, 70' bases

12u (Open/AA/A) - 50' mound, 70' bases

13u (Open/AA/A) - 54' mound, 80' bases

9u-11u = $550

12u = $595

13u = $625
